1. Getting our laundry done. Within a few blocks, most places had a laundrette that would wash and dry your clothes overnight for £1-2 /Kg.
2. Eat a live termite in the Jungle, a fried caterpillar, and grasshoppers.
3. Seen one of the 7 Modern Wonders of the world (Chichén-Itzá)
4. Tried sweet potato-based sweets.
5. Hotel hopping (we've now stayed in 11 hotels since leaving the Isle of Wight).
6. Have chocolate with chicken (Mole see www.allrecipes.com/recipe/223261/authentic-mole-sauce/ )
7. Learn more than 10 words in Spanish, and have them understood! Hola!!
8. Met a tourist who'd been robbed by four Police at gunpoint.
9. Group travelled, and we would definitely recommend it.
10. Spontaneously danced Salsa in the street with complete strangers.
