Chicken with chocolate

Tired, we arrived around tea time at 'The Secrets, The Vine Hotel' in Cancun. First impressions were good - the room was spacious, clean and modern. The setting seems perfect with light blue sea crested waves. The pools looked cool and inviting. The wind surprised us. It was strong, swaying palms and tossing Jacqui's hair wildly.

We decided to keep ourselves up to try to sync with the Mexican Cancun clock (-5 hours GMT,) which meant having dinner at 1am UK time, but it was worth it; Chilli stuffed peppers and chicken with a chocolate sauce (don't knock it until you try it!).
